All products are released in limited drops and are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue items at any time without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in INR.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
All payments must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.
4. Shipping
We currently ship only within India.
Standard dispatch is within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the region.
Customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS once shipped.
5. Exchanges & Returns
We accept exchanges only within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags.
Exchange requests can be placed via our support email with order number and reason.
No refunds. Exchanges will be processed as store credit or product swap.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, artwork, and brand elements are the intellectual property of Headless Gnome.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or imitation of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Headless Gnome and its mascot ‘Arck’ are proprietary trademarks.
7. Limited Drops & Exclusivity
Our collections are released in limited quantities.
Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed.
This strategy ensures exclusivity and authenticity for our community.

You agree not to misuse the website or engage in unlawful activities, including hacking, data mining, or attempting to breach security.
